EraSmart’s 3545 UV DTF printer adopts a sturdy steel frame structure, imported silent guide rails, nozzle anti-collision device, and an integrated suction printing platform for more stable and smooth printing. With a Hoson motherboard and dual XP600 printheads, the printing accuracy can reach 1440dpi for high-resolution image reproduction. An independent varnish (light oil) UV lamp makes varnish printing effects brighter. An ink level alarm reminds you to refill ink in time—helping production stay efficient.
UV printers use ultraviolet curing technology, allowing ink to cure immediately upon contact with the surface, reducing waiting time. They are suitable for materials such as plastic, glass, ceramics, metal, and wood. UV prints are known for durability and light resistance, making UV printers widely used in advertising and decoration.
