The A3 MAX DTF Printer is designed for consistent, high-quality Direct-to-Film output. It features a single XP600 Print Head managed by a Hoson Mainboard, providing stable operation and control.

• Ink System: It supports CMJN+WW color configuration using specialized DTF Ink.

The DTF process involves three primary stages:

1. Design and Print: Prepare the graphic file and send it to the A3 MAX Printer using the RIP software. The printer applies the CMYK color layer followed by the White ink adhesive layer onto the DTF film.

2. Powder and Cure: The wet film enters the A3 Powder Shaking Machine. Powder is applied, excess is removed, and the film passes through the 400mm Heated Tunnel to melt and cure the powder. Temperature and speed must be set according to the specific DTF materials used.

3. Transfer: The cured film is automatically collected. The finished film is then ready to be cut and heat-pressed onto the target garment (Heat press machine required separately).
