Description
EraSmart Digital Inkjet A3 UV Printer is designed for personalized customization and small-batch production. The printing height is adjustable from 0 to 130mm with infrared automatic height measurement. Timing automatic cleaning helps prevent printhead clogging. Two cooling systems (water cooling and wind cooling) better protect the UV lamp. It can print on most materials such as metal, acrylic, ceramic, wood, KT board, leather, PVC, and TPU.
White Underbase
Use WW under CMYK for opacity on dark/transparent substrates.
Spot Gloss
Apply Varnish to selected areas for premium contrast and shine.
Emboss / Texture
Stack varnish layers (VVVVVV) to create raised tactile finishes.
How to Use
Prepare File in RIP
Import artwork and set layers (CMYK / White / Varnish) in Riin/EraRip.
Load Material
Place items flat on the platform and align your print position.
Enable Suction
Turn on suction to reduce shifting and improve registration.
Set Height
Use infrared measurement and touchscreen adjustment (0–130mm).
Print & Inspect
Run a sample, confirm curing/finish, then proceed with batch printing.
